Conflict can be overwhelming — especially when cost becomes a barrier to getting help. Our mission is to make mediation accessible, compassionate, and affordable for all Australians, regardless of income.
Who We Support
Our low-cost and free mediation services are available to people who are:
- On low income or experiencing financial stress
- Receiving Centrelink or other government assistance
- Facing family, elder, workplace, or community conflict
- Referred by community organisations, social services, aged-care providers or legal support agencies
- Vulnerable older persons needing support with decisions or care planning

- Professional facilitative mediation
- Elder & family mediation
- Workplace & interpersonal mediation
- Conflict coaching
- Pre-mediation support
- Post-session summaries or agreements
- Referrals to community or legal support services

How Low-Bono & Pro-Bono Works
We assess eligibility based on income, financial hardship and vulnerability factors.
- Pro-Bono: No-cost support for those with zero capacity to pay
- Low-Bono: Reduced-fee sessions for individuals with limited means
